Gruesome details have emerged from the U.S. in the case of Richard Saetele. He recited the Lord's Prayer with his wounded father and then took a 23-centimeter kitchen cleaver and stopped his father's heart. The body of the 63-year-old man was found under construction debris and insulation in a shed.
