Full story
Around 200 passengers on a so-called 'cruise for life' voyage are stranded in Cambodia after the company running the trip ran out of money. The vessel at the centre of it is the Villa Vie Odyssey, which has now suspended operations amid soaring fuel costs. The ship has been stuck before: it spent four months stranded in Belfast back in 2024. The mix of empty funds and rising fuel bills has left the passengers unable to continue their voyage.
