Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd bought a logistics commercial complex in Bayan Lepas Waterfront, Pulau Pinang. The acquisition was made from the Titijaya group. The transaction value was approximately RM300 million. The facility is fully leased to DHL.
KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) memperoleh kompleks komersial logistik di Bayan Lepas Waterfront, Pulau Pinang, daripada kumpulan Titijaya pada nilai kira-kira RM300 juta.
