The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport presented Corridor 8 plans to German companies. The plan involves modernizing the railway from Skopje to Tetovo and Gostivar. It also includes the Gostivar to Kicevo section. A new railway will be built from Kicevo through Ohrid and Struga to the Albanian border. Two new expressways to Bulgaria were also discussed.
