Karpowership and Seatrium signed a memorandum of understanding in Singapore. The two companies plan to establish a joint venture to develop floating energy and digital infrastructure solutions. This collaboration aims to strengthen energy supply security. It also seeks to meet the growing demand for electricity and digital infrastructure in the region. The partnership may eventually expand into Southeast Asia.
