Arbitražo ginčams su „Belaruskalij“ ir „Hasenberg“ – dar beveik 0,7 mln. eurų advokatų išlaidoms
Lithuania is allocating an additional 691,000 euros for legal services. These funds are for lawyers representing the country in international arbitration disputes with Belaruskalij and Hasenberg. The disputes stem from the decision to ban the transit of Belarusian fertilizers. The government approved the project on Wednesday. These borrowed funds will be assigned to the Ministry of Transport in the 2026 to 2028 budget.
Tęsiantis tarptautinio arbitražo ginčams dėl Lietuvos sprendimo drausti baltarusiškų trąšų tranzitą, šaliai bylose atstovaujančių teisininkų paslaugoms skirta dar 691 tūkst. eurų. Pagal projektą, kuriam Vyriausybė pritarė trečiadienį, šios valstybės vardu pasiskolintos lėšos 2026–2028 metų biudžete skiriamos Susisiekimo ministerijai.
