Florists have been installing more than ten thousand cut flowers together with tropical potted plants inside the historic casemates of Špilberk Castle in Brno. The displays combine the blossoms with strategically placed lighting to enhance the visual effect. The arrangement has been in progress over the past few days leading up to the opening. On Wednesday the public exhibition titled “Flowers & Lights” officially opened to visitors. Organizers describe the show as a unique spectacle that the castle has never hosted before. The event aims to attract both locals and tourists to experience the fusion of horticulture and illumination in a fortified setting.
