Perikatan Nasional has requested permission from the High Court in Kuala Lumpur to begin committal proceedings against the Registrar of Societies. This request follows the decision to cancel the registration of the coalition. The coalition notes that this cancellation occurred while a judicial review application was still in progress.
KUALA LUMPUR: Perikatan Nasional (PN) memohon kebenaran Mahkamah Tinggi di sini, untuk memulakan prosiding komital terhadap Pendaftar Pertubuhan Malaysia (RoS), berhubung tindakan membatalkan pendaftaran gabungan itu ketika permohonan semakan kehakiman masih berjalan.
