الرئيس الروسي ينتقد العقوبات والإملاءات الاقتصادية على الدول الإفريقية
Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized sanctions and economic dictates imposed on African countries. He said the era when a narrow bloc of states determined the fate of entire continents has passed for good. According to Putin, a more just world is replacing it, where the voices of all countries taking part in international communication must be heard. He also said new centers of global governance and new points of attraction are forming as the world system is restructured.
