A parliamentary special committee has stressed that Nepal’s participation in COP31 should be result-oriented. It met in Kathmandu on Wednesday to discuss climate change impacts on the Himalayas, climate justice and the Bhote Koshi–Trishuli disaster. The meeting was held on 11 Kartik.
