The private copying levy for e-readers will change starting in 2027. For devices with large storage capacities, the fee will increase from 0.80 euros to 7.80 euros. In contrast, the rate for smartphones will decrease.
De thuiskopieheffing wordt vanaf 2027 anders berekend. Daardoor stijgt de vergoeding voor e-readers met veel opslagruimte van 0,80 euro naar 7,80 euro. Het tarief voor smartphones daalt juist.
