Family members have waited over 80 years for answers regarding the fate of their loved ones. A dispute exists between the state and the City Municipality of Ljubljana over the burial of victims from hidden graves. The Human Rights Ombudsman warns that this issue cannot be treated simply as a matter of jurisdiction. Janković is requesting a constitutional review to resolve the matter.
