A Scottish organization promoting sustainable fishing gathered 120 chefs who hold 90 Michelin stars. These culinary figures signed a letter asking people not to consume farmed salmon. Patricio Melero, president of SalmonChile, rejected the letter. He stated that Chilean salmon is certified under high international standards.
