Lithuania’s Public Procurement Service found violations in a purchase of dragon’s teeth for the army. It said the leadership of the Lithuanian Armed Forces’ Logistics Directorate broke transparency principles during contract execution. The service also identified violations involving compliance with the technical specification and the price of the items.
Служба госзакупок установила, что руководство Логистического управления Вооруженных сил Литвы нарушило принципы прозрачности на этапе исполнения контракта. Также выявлены нарушения соответствия технической спецификации и цены изделий.
