Apelacioni sud u dva spora sa N1 presudio u korist Blica: Blic nije dovodio studente u vezu sa ustašama
The Appellate Court in Belgrade ruled in favor of the Blic portal in a legal dispute with N1. The court rejected a request from N1 for Blic to publish a response to a specific text. In that text, Blic claimed that N1 and BIRODI falsified research. N1 had previously accused Blic and Blic television of calling students ustaše 74 times. The court's decision on September 23 concludes that Blic did not make those claims about the students.
Apelacioni sud u Beogradu je u parnici tužioca "Adria News S.a.r.l. Luksembourg" protiv odgovornog urednika portala Blic 23. septembra odlučio da se odbija tužbeni zahtev N1 u kome su tražili da naš sajt objavi odgovor na tekst u kome smo konstatovali da je N1 zajedno sa BIRODI-jem falsifikovao istraživanja i optužio Blic i Blic televiziju da smo "studente 74 puta nazvali ustašama".
