The United States announced sanctions on Wednesday, October 28. The sanctions target the Rwandan Ministry of Defense and the Zigama Credit and Savings Society. This financial institution is accused of helping Rwanda support the March 23 Movement. It is also linked to the Congo River Alliance.
Les États-Unis ont annoncé, ce mercredi 28 octobre, des sanctions contre le ministère rwandais de la Défense et la Zigama Credit and Savings Society, une institution financière rwandaise accusée d’avoir facilité le soutien du Rwanda au Mouvement du 23 mars (M23) et à son ancienne vitrine politique, l’Alliance du fleuve Congo.
