President Jakov Millatoviq of Montenegro stated that his country wants the best possible relations with Croatia. He clarified that these relations must not compromise national interests or state dignity. The president spoke during a Municipality Day event in Herceg Novi. He noted that the government is responsible for negotiating open issues with Croatia.
