The Russian Foreign Minister, Sergueï Lavrov, and the President of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, signed a new agreement in Moscow. This cooperation action plan covers the period from 2027 to 2029. The signing occurred during the third Russia-Africa Summit.
