Politicians, including former and current officials, praised President Petr Pavel's speech given for the national holiday and state awards ceremony. Former Finance Minister and former TOP 09 chairman Miroslav Kalousek expressed particular appreciation for a specific section. He noted that the president expressed disagreement with spending the future through state budgets.
Projev prezidenta Petra Pavla ke státnímu svátku a před udělováním státních vyznamenání oceňují politici, a to jak současní, tak bývalí. „Asi nikoho nepřekvapí, že nejvíc oceňuji tu část projevu prezidenta Pavla, kde vyslovil nesouhlas s projídáním budoucnosti ve státních rozpočtech,“ uvedl exministr financí a bývalý předseda TOP 09 Miroslav Kalousek.
