Prime Minister and HDZ president Andrej Plenković criticized the work of the Constitutional Court on Wednesday. He addressed a situation where three judges refused to attend sessions. These judges demanded that audio recording of the hearings be stopped before they return. Plenković described this action as an obstruction of the judges' work. He claimed that this approach was proposed by the left-wing opposition. The judges had previously spent years requesting that sessions be open to the public.
