Elyane Neto is a doctor from São Tomé and Príncipe who studied general medicine for seven years in Moscow. She is now specializing in neurosurgery. The healthcare system of her home country will have its first specialist in this field in three years. The 26-year-old spent the last two months as a volunteer intern at the Ayres de hospital.
