El jefe de los senadores de la UDI cuestionó las solicitudes de renuncia desde el oficialismo al ministro de Justicia, Fernando Rabat. Apeló a no debilitar la institucionalidad del Presidente de la República y planeó que si la decisión del Mandatario de mantener al secretario de Estado "está siendo cuestionada por sus propios partidarios obviamente que eso va a tener un efecto inmediato en las encuestas".
