Israeli Channel 14 aired a video report on what it described as Iran’s heightened doctrine for a possible war. The report said Iran has given regional commanders of the Revolutionary Guard more authority. It said that if central command is disabled, those commanders are to attack predetermined U.S. military, political and economic targets in the Middle East.
