DOCUMENTS SHOW BACSWN PROJECT AND FEE MODEL SPANNED FNM AND PLP ADMINISTRATIONS
Government documents reviewed by NewsGate indicate the BACSWN weather project had support from two different administrations. The project and its fee model were supported under the FNM before the PLP government advanced them through a signed Heads of Agreement. A letter dated February 14, 2020, from then Tourism and Aviation Minister Dionisio D’Aguilar confirms the Cabinet considered the proposal.
