Robertas Kaunas: gynybos pirkimų sistema turi keistis

Defense Minister Robertas Kaunas stated that the current defense procurement system is not efficient enough. He noted that a large portion of payments occurs during the final quarter of each year. Starting in 2027, this practice must change. The goal is to ensure funds are used more evenly throughout the entire year.
Krašto apsaugos ministras Robertas Kaunas pripažįsta, kad esama gynybos pirkimų sistema nėra pakankamai efektyvi, o didelė dalis mokėjimų kasmet atliekama paskutinį metų ketvirtį. Pasak jo, nuo 2027 metų šią praktiką būtina keisti, užtikrinant tolygesnį lėšų panaudojimą visus metus.
