The Kremlin has threatened to disrupt the next round of peace talks, blaming the situation on the front. An adviser to Vladimir Putin warned that Russia may not take part in the upcoming negotiations on Ukraine if conditions on the battlefield deteriorate. Those talks are scheduled to be held in Abu Dhabi. The adviser also suggested that Europeans should not rush to buy their tickets for Abu Dhabi, a sign Moscow views the meeting as far from guaranteed.
