The mobile application named Strul tracks delays and related problems across a range of transport services, from regional trains operated by SL to the national airline system. Its creator, Stefan Eng, conceived the service after he waited for a commuter train that never arrived. He explained that not knowing the status of a service is extremely frustrating. Strul aims to provide real‑time information to users about cancellations and disruptions. The app covers almost all types of delay incidents within Sweden.
