Martin Kaut played only 17 regular season games last year due to a knee injury and surgery. The winger for Dynamo managed nearly the entire golden play-off period. He missed the second final game against Třinec because of a penalty for a foul on Kubies. Following this, he played for the Czech Republic at the world championship. He now calls for the team to discard egos and work hard.
V minulé sezoně odehrál po zranění kolena a následné operaci jen 17 zápasů v základní části. Zlaté play off však křídelník hokejového Dynama Martin Kaut zvládl prakticky celé až na druhé finálové utkání s Třincem, kdy si odpykával trest za faul na Oceláře Kubiesu, a následně dokonce reprezentoval Česko na mistrovství světa
