The Iranian Revolutionary Guard reports that three tankers hit naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz over the last 24 hours. The vessels were traveling on an unauthorized southern route with their radars turned off. They ignored warnings before the incidents occurred. The tankers burst into flames and exploded. The ships were eventually abandoned on the southern coast of the strait.
