The MaghreBats initiative, led by the Gibraltar National Museum with Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, has completed a mission of about two weeks in Morocco to study Moroccan bats. Researchers from Gibraltar, Morocco, Spain and the UK carried out scientific field research across exceptional terrain stretching from the High Atlas mountains to the Sahara. The mission was reported in a statement from the Gibraltar government.
