The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus issued a statement regarding Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's visit to the Republic of Cyprus. The ministry expressed expectations that the legitimate rights and sensitivities of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus be taken into account.
Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti (KKTC) Dışişleri Bakanlığı, Filistin Devlet Başkanı Mahmud Abbas'ın Güney Kıbrıs Rum Yönetimi'ni (GKRY) ziyaretine ilişkin, "Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'nin meşru hak ve hassasiyetlerinin dikkate alınması yönündeki beklentimizi vurgulamak isteriz." ifadesini kullandı.
