An administrative court has thrown out the dismissal of Omer Barjaktari from his post as head of the Municipality of Ulcinj. Judges accepted the lawsuit Barjaktari filed and found irregularities that undermined the legality of the decision dated May 30, 2024. The ruling also obliges the Municipal Council to pay 847 euros in court costs.
