The Ministry of Health operates 49 stroke centers and 52 stroke units. These 101 units provide service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their primary goal is the rapid evaluation of acute stroke patients. This infrastructure ensures patients receive appropriate treatment in a timely manner.
