Statistical analysis of a survey conducted in urban Tirana suggests a link between voting patterns and family origin. The data indicates that the strongest statistical correlation for voting in the last parliamentary elections was related to the birthplace of the respondents' fathers. About 23% of those surveyed stated their father was born in a specific location.
