The Center for Information, Criticism and Action conducted a protest in front of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Activists gathered to protest what they described as an institutional failure to ensure the safety of women. Police officers prevented the group from entering the ministry buildings. Because of this, the action took place outside the facility.
