A presidential decree has expanded the powers of regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee in the construction sector. These bodies can now use their own decisions to permit single-source procurement of goods, works, and services from state organizations. The procedure may be funded not only from the budget but also from the organizations' own funds.
Облисполкомам и Мингорисполкому дается право своими решениями разрешать применение процедуры закупки из одного источника при закупке товаров (работ, услуг) у государственных организаций не только за счет бюджета, но и за собственные средства.
