On Thursday, a regional court opened a restructuring proceeding concerning the ski lifts located in Heutal near Unken in the Pinzgau area. The proceeding aims to address the resort's financial failures and explore possible reorganization. Local authorities and the resort's owners are now involved in the legal process.
