NAFDAC destroyed fake, expired, and banned products valued at over 8 billion naira. These items were seized throughout North-Central Nigeria. Many of the confiscated goods were banned alcoholic beverages. These drinks were found in sachets and containers smaller than 200ml.
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control has destroyed fake, adulterated, expired and banned products valued at more than N8bn seized across North-Central Nigeria.
