The Croatian Prime Minister spoke during a government session in Zagreb about open issues with Montenegro. He stated that Zagreb has presented its expectations to the Montenegrin side. The Prime Minister believes that Podgorica has understood these messages. He noted that two of the five Croatian conditions have already been met. The issues are linked to evaluation elements in chapters 23 and 31 rather than being purely bilateral.
