The Prime Minister and the prefect of Varaždin opened the renovated Arboretum Opeka. The restoration of the park cost 10.5 million euros. Following a tour of the grounds, the two officials planted a clone of the Belina lime. This specific tree is recognized as one of the oldest in Croatia.
