INSÄNDARE. Innan året är slut bör kommunerna ta fram lokala åtgärdsplaner tillsammans med polisen och uthyrningsföretag. Den som tvingas kasta sig åt sidan för en framrusande elsparkcykel ska inte behöva vänta till 2028 på att samhället agerar, skriver Henrik Forsslund.
