CHARLES MILUPI APPOINTED MINISTER OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS
Charles Milupi has been appointed as the Minister of Transport and Logistics. He takes over the role from Frank Tayali, who previously served as the Member of Parliament for Ndola Central. Tayali held the position until the dissolution of Parliament. Mr. Milupi was moved to this post from another ministry.
