Figuera afirma que portales como El Nacional y La Patilla vuelven a ser leídos sin bloqueos en Venezuela
Certain news portals such as El Nacional and La Patilla can be read again in Venezuela without facing blocks. Parliamentary leaders from 2015 and their dialogue delegates view this reopening as a move toward reinstitutionalization. They warn that the restoration of information freedoms in the country must be unconditional, full, and final.
