Canadian authorities decline to pursue charges against Kennedy Carillo; keeps official post
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement regarding Kennedy Carillo, the State Representative of Belize to the International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal. The Ministry received formal word that the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions of Quebec decided not to pursue charges against him. Carillo will keep his official post.
