Timimoun, known as the Red Oasis, hosted a unique event on Thursday featuring hot air balloons flying over the dunes. Many local residents and tourists gathered to watch the flight. The city is hosting the first edition of an international festival for hot air balloons. This event began on Wednesday and will continue until October 31.
