40 artistas, una luz y un país herido en el Salón Jóvenes con FIA
The 26th edition of the Salón Jóvenes con FIA gathers work by 40 artists, with photography, installations, painting and technology sharing the same space. The exhibition is open to the public until December 12 at the Centro Cultural de la UCAB. It was assembled under the curatorship of Juan Toro and Ricardo Arispe. Across the show, the participating creators explore memory, migration, censorship and Venezuelan identity. The title of the exhibition speaks of one light and a wounded country. On Thursday afternoon, organizers announced that Athenea Cuotto took the first prize for her work Servicio Público. The piece was published by EL NACIONAL.
