The public prosecutor’s office at the first-instance court in Qalaat Sraghna issued a written authorization described as qualitative and humanitarian and in line with international child-protection conventions ratified by Morocco. The authorization allows the regional directorate of the education ministry to re-register two girls at the primary school they had attended. The two students had stopped attending school before the decision.
