Trey Vaval of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers has been named the top special-teams player in the CFL. This is the second time he has received this honor. He is the first player to win the award in consecutive years since it began 27 years ago.
Vaval is the first player in the 27-year history of the award to win in back-to-back years.
