Police officers have been ordered to 14 months of preventive detention. They are accused of demanding money from a relative of detained individuals to avoid arrests. The prosecution states the officers wore civilian clothes and acted irregularly. They also allegedly stole 6,000 soles during a home intervention in Los Olivos.
