Doctor warns uncontrolled blood pressure is driving severe strokes
A doctor warns that uncontrolled high blood pressure is causing an increase in severe strokes and related disabilities. Stroke is one of the top five causes of death in Antigua and Barbuda. This warning came from Dr. Courtney Lewis during the observation of World Stroke Day on Thursday. Dr. Lewis is the chief of his practice and vice-president of the Medical Association of Antigua and Barbuda.
